A great person! We get weekly service! He seeks out good deals and quality parts when repairs are needed. We trust him . He tells us when a repair is needed.

Called Damon on Sunday as we were on vacation and came home to a green pool and due to close on our house 2 days later. Stressed the importance of this as buyers would not close. He asked me to text pics which I did. No response. The next morning I texted for a follow-up. Still after 24 hours NO RESPONSE. A simple not interested or cant do this whatever would suffice. No response at all is bad service!

Damon has been wonderful to work with. Very attentive and responsive. Keeps our pool looking great so we can enjoy it all year long.

Damon and his team have been doing an excellent job servicing our pool for many years. They have also fixed things that needed to be repaired including installing a new heater. I would highly recommend Damon and his company.

Damon has been taking care of our in ground pool for a while now. The service is very professional and the price is good. We get what we want: A pool that is ready to enjoy anytime with sparkling clear water. Highly recommended!

Since I started using Damon’s Pool, I honestly don’t stress about my pool anymore. My pool is older, so things break from time to time, but they always take care of everything at a reasonable price. What I appreciate most is how responsive and reliable they are. Communication is excellent, and they always show up when promised. I’m so glad I found them and hope they stay in business for many years. Highly recommend!

Damon has done a great job of maintaining our pool this summer. It has been a real joy do not have the headache of keeping the pool chemically balanced. Our pool has been crystal clear all summer even when the pump was out for a few days. I highly recommend him!

Damon has been taking care of my pool for over a year now, and I couldn't be happier with his service. He is consistently reliable, thorough, and professional. I never have to worry about a thing. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for top-notch pool care!

Damon replaced my pool filter pump when my old one died. Damon does excellent work and is very knowledgeable about pools and pool equipment. He’s also very reasonable and mindful of price, which anyone who needs pool repairs can appreciate.

Damon knows his stuff! He's completely honest with me and has helped me learn and solve a lot of common problems. When I first met him he said I would always be able to swim in my pool with his service and so far after 1.5 years he's been 100% correct.

They always respond quickly and do a reliable job maintaining our pool. They have never let us down. I highly recommend this company!

Damon Harrison is very experienced, capable and easy to work with. My pool has been sparkling throughout the season.

My pool pump wasn’t priming and I called Damon. He sat on the phone with me and went through all the different scenarios until we figured out the problem. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and very professional! I am so very thankful I called him! He is now my pool guy!

Had questions about my pool bc the water is coppery/greenish. I called three other places before Damon. When I called Damon, we spoke on the phone for over an hour. He walked me through the do's and don'ts of pool care. Extremely helpful, knowledgeable and easy to speak with. Thanks for taking the time to speak with me Damon. Will definitely recommend. Chris T.

Outstanding service and very fair prices! Damon helped me resolve a few issues with my pool pump and filter. He's extremely knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Followed through until my issues were resolved. Doesn't try to upsell and gives you the option to order your own parts. Couldn't recommend more.

Damon took the time to help me with the algae problem I've had for 3 years. He walked me through everything over the phone, and when I was unable to fix it, he came out to help me. He is extremely knowledgeable and was very patient in explaining things to me. He took my pool from green to crystal clear and let me know how to keep it that way. I wish I could leave pictures to show. Thanks Damon!

Damon does an outstanding job as I have used him to take care of my pool for 2+ years !!! Great responsiveness & takes the time to communicate with me in “layman “ terms rather than at his “chemistry professor “ level ! I would recommend him highly !!

Damon cares about your pool (unlike other franchises in Charlotte NC) and is extremely knowledgeable. Great service and communication. Highly recommend!

I googled searched for pool service and Damon's Pool Care was the 1st to pop up. I called and he responded to my pool care needs. I am out of state, so for him to provide service to me over the phone was amazing. I recommend Damon's Pool Care for any and all pool care. Thank you, so very much Damon!

Ivery rude and unprofessional

Damon was able to get my pool to look brand new after our previous company had ruined our plaster due to negligence in water chemistry. He is very knowledgeable and professional. I def recommend him for your pool needs as it’s so hard to find reputable pool service these days!

I bought a house with an 80s pool that was green and Damon has kept it in great condition and always worked with me to find the most cost efficient solution

Watch out for this guy. I paid him over $800 less than a month ago to replace my pool motor. It's back to making noise and leaking water. HE WON'T EVEN RETURN MY CALLS OR TEXTS.

I can’t tell you how grateful I am that Damon answered his phone when I called. I called and tried getting in contact with atleast 10 pool companies. It is so hard to get a hold of a pool guy during peak season and if you are a new pool owner like me trying to get your pool situated for the summer is a process that I don’t know yet. Damon answered and was super helpful. He told me to stop wasting my money and very specifically told me all the things I needed in what order to do them and I can tell you with certainty he knows what he is doing. He hasn’t even come to my home to look at the pool, he just guided me through it and my pool is a million times better from where it started. I am a guy who wants to learn and do it on my own but pools are complicated and we all have different kinds of pools so sometimes it can be hard to find steps tailored to your pool but he was able to do that. I know this is lengthy but if you are me about a week ago looking a pool guy who will answer your calls/texts or call/text you back. This is the review you needed to see. Just don’t all hog him at once because I still need him to answer some more questions for me.
